About Tiffany Ann Jones, Esq.
Tiffany is the managing attorney of Sua Sponte Law, PLLC. She is also an active leader in the legal and local community. She serves as Past President and Board Member of the Brevard County Association for Women Lawyers, a Board Member on the Cumberland School of Law Alumni Advisory Board, a Co-Chair for Programs on the Vassar B. Carlton American Inn of Court Board, and on the Executive Board of Elevated Leadership Academy. Previously she has served on the Brevard County Bar Association’s YLD Board, as legal advisor to Riley’s Rescue of Brevard, and a volunteer with weVENTURE WBC a program within the Nathan M. Bisk College of Business in its Wine Women and Shoes event.
Over the years, she’s been honored with multiple awards, including the Florida Association of Women Lawyers 2022 Leader in the Law Award, the 2021-2022 Member of the Year Award from the Vassar B. Carlton American Inn of Court, the 2023-2024 Outstanding Contribution Award from the same organization, and the 2023, 2024, 2025, and 2026 Rising Star Award from Super Lawyers for Business/Corporate law (only 2.5% of attorneys in Florida can receive this distinction any given year).
She works closely with businesses to craft tailored legal solutions that support their growth and protect their interests, allowing them to focus on what they do best with confidence and peace of mind.

About Ed Kinberg, Esq.
While Mr. Kinberg retired from the full time practice of law, he now provides support to Sua Sponte Law Firm in an “Of Counsel” capacity and provides Sua Sponte Law Firm the benefit of nearly 50 years of experience in contract and construction law (commercial, State and Federal).
Mr. Kinberg began his career as an officer in the Judge Advocate General's Corp (JAG) of the UnitedStates Army. Mr. Kinberg served as a contract attorney for most of his career with assignments to the U.S. Army Contract Appeals Division, Contract Law Division, U.S Army Headquarters in Germany and a senior contract law advisor the U.S. Army Aviation Command.
Upon retirement, Mr. Kinberg moved to Melbourne Florida in 1994 where his practice has been limited to Commercial law, Construction Law and Federal Procurement. Mr. Kinberg represents clients in these area in all phases on an issue from contract terms and conditions to complex litigation.
He has also been named a Fellow of the National Contract Management Association, has published chapters in books on the topic of Government Contracting and has written a business law column for Florida Today.
In addition to his legal practice, he believes it is important to actively support his client's interests through involvement in professional associations. Since first opening his practice, Mr. Kinberg has been an active member and served as an officer in numerous organizations supporting the federal procurement industry, the construction industry and the community.
Mr. Kinberg has represented clients in state and federal courts throughout Florida and before the Court of Federal Claims, the Armed Services Board of Contract Appeals and the Government Accountability Office.
